The function and classification of OBSH

2024-01-17

OBSH is a high-efficiency Foaming Agent that provides new foaming formulas specifically to address the problems and shortcomings of the traditional Ac Foaming Agent that is about to be eliminated. It can be widely used in rubber, plastic, foam, and wire and cable industries. With good insulation properties, OBSH is the most commonly used foaming agent in the sulfonyl hydrazide class and can also be used with other foaming agents. It is a designated product by well-known domestic and foreign manufacturers.

Compound Powder Foaming Agent

.Product features and uses

OBSH is a special foaming agent for rubber, which has the characteristics of uniform nucleation and fine and uniform foaming pores. The decomposed gas composition of OBSH Foaming Agent is stable and can produce products with good cell structure. It is the first choice foaming agent for high-quality rubber products. OBSH foaming agent has the characteristics of no induction period for decomposition, fast decomposition speed, and gentle gas release without sudden bursts. This makes the foaming process easy to control.

.Function
1. When this product is used alone, it can produce fine, high-quality and uniform pore structure, and the foamed products are odorless, tasteless, pollution-free and non-discoloring. It is especially suitable for odorless and light-colored foamed products.

2. Can be applied to natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers (such as EPDM, SBR, CR, FKM, IIR, NBR) and thermoplastic products (such as PVC, PE, PS, ABS), and can also be used in rubber-resin mixtures use.

3. It has good insulation and can be used in the manufacture of wires and cables.

4. Under certain circumstances, it can act as both a foaming agent and a cross-linking agent in the curing mechanism.

.Common rubber-specific foaming agent types include:
1.Nitrogen foaming agent: Inject nitrogen into the rubber to achieve the foaming effect through the formation of bubbles.

2.Chemical Foaming Agents: Includes organic and inorganic foaming agents, which cause chemical reactions in rubber, releasing gases and producing bubbles.

3.Physical foaming agent: By adding tiny solid particles to the rubber to create a pore structure.

.Safety information and safety terminology
